Shenzhen U-Man Industrial Co. Ltd. requires suppliers to purchase materials only from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers, and all suppliers cannot purchase and use conflict minerals, which meets the requirements of conflict free minerals. Conflict minerals refer to 3TG(tantalum Ta, tin Sn, tungsten W, Au), cobalt Co, Mica and other metal minerals from DRC and neighboring countries controlled by non-governmental armed forces or illegal military factions.
The supplier shall strengthen the examination and management of its supply chain and provide us with the information obtained from the investigation when necessary. If any supplier uses conflict minerals in Lighttron products, please inform us immediately and take alternative measures, and implement relevant corrective actions as required by us to ensure full compliance with the conflict-free requirements. Related products and materials involving conflict minerals will be treated as nonconforming products. |
